Instruction for patients

Patients referred to LEHRCP have to bring recent medical reports along with the referral letter. After registration, he or she will be taken to the appropriate specialty clinic.

OUT Patient Care

Patient Examination Process

After registration, patients will undergo a comprehensive eye examination that includes several tests and a detailed consultation with a doctor. For patients with minor vision concerns, this process typically takes about 2 hours.

If further tests are needed, patients may be referred to one of our specialized clinics for expert care. Our dedicated staff aims to complete all tests on the same day. However, depending on the time of your visit and patient volume, you may be asked to return on another day for additional testing.

In Patient Care

 Admission

Patients requiring surgery or monitoring will be admitted to the hospital. During counseling, our team will guide you through available surgical techniques and implants, helping you make informed decisions.

Discharge Procedure

At the time of discharge, patients will receive detailed instructions regarding post-operative care, medications, and a discharge summary to ensure a smooth recovery process.

Billing and Insurance

Upon admission, an initial deposit approximately covering treatment or surgery costs will be collected. Any balance due or refunds will be settled at discharge. We accept payments via cash, online payment, and UPI.

Security Instructions

Patients are advised not to bring valuables to the hospital. Do not hand over money or valuables to strangers. For your safety, closed-circuit cameras are installed in the wards.

Facilities Available

We provide only vegetarian food for patients. The medical shop, which operates from 11 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, is outsourced, and the hospital is not responsible for its services.

General Instructions for Visitors and Patients

We kindly request visitors and patients to help maintain a quiet atmosphere in the hospital. Children are not permitted to visit or stay with patients. Please refrain from tipping hospital staff under any circumstance.
